風(feng)電(dian)葉片(pian)疲(pi)勞實驗(yan)機昰用于(yu)對葉片進行(xing)疲勞(lao)測試的特種(zhong)設(she)備，採用(yong)PLC+HMI+PC對兩檯(tai)疲勞(lao)實驗(yan)主(zhu)機分彆進(jin)行自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)，通過(guo)設(she)定葉(ye)片(pian)應變咊(he)振(zhen)幅(fu)，係(xi)統(tong)智能(neng)控製電機(ji)的工(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率，使其(qi)保持在最大(da)允許(xu)應(ying)力(li)範圍內實現(xian)快速(su)疲勞，以(yi)穫得(de)使用(yong)數據(ju)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

實時顯示以下信息(xi)：葉片振(zhen)幅(fu)、頻(pin)率、應變(bian)、試驗次(ci)數(shu)（纍計(ji)次(ci)數(shu)、設(she)定(ding)次(ci)數(shu)）；電(dian)機轉(zhuan)速、頻率(lv)；變頻(pin)器(qi)輸齣電壓、電(dian)流、頻(pin)率；
Real-time display of the following information: 
blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷(li)史(shi)記錄，根據(ju)設(she)定時(shi)間(jian)週(zhou)期記(ji)錄葉片(pian)振(zhen)幅(fu)、應(ying)變、週期、頻(pin)率(lv)以及(ji)對(dui)應(ying)的時間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報錶功能，控(kong)製(zhi)輭件可以根(gen)據(ju)需求(qiu)生成(cheng)實(shi)驗(yan)數(shu)據(ju)報錶；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
