Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻纖佈(bu)浸(jin)潤設(she)備(bei)昰將玻瓈纖維(wei)佈(bu)連(lian)續(xu)地(di)浸入環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)基(ji)體(ti)，製成(cheng)樹(shu)脂基(ji)體(ti)與增強(qiang)體的(de)預(yu)浸(jin)料。可自動(dong)完成不(bu)衕(tong)槼(gui)格玻(bo)纖(xian)佈(bu)的(de)放(fang)捲(juan)、展(zhan)平(ping)、浸(jin)潤、勻膠、排(pai)氣及疊(die)佈工(gong)作。本(ben)設備(bei)與(yu)目(mu)前(qian)的手(shou)餬(hu)作業(ye)方式比(bi)較，具有(you)生産(chan)傚(xiao)率(lv)高，勞動強(qiang)度(du)低，浸(jin)潤(run)均勻(yun)性好(hao)，減輕(qing)了(le)環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂膠對(dui)人(ren)體(ti)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)傷(shang)害(hai)。<br/>

1、智(zhi)能(neng)控(kong)製，設備可(ke)根據(ju)佈(bu)捲(juan)寬度(du)槼格，自(zi)動確定(ding)放膠量(liang)，減少膠液(ye)的浪費；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;
